At Wuthering Bytes we try our best to create events with a wide diversity of speakers and opinions in a welcoming environment for everybody, so the Diversity Charter struck us as something we're really happy to sign up to. 

All events should be as accessible, diverse, friendly, inclusive and welcoming as possible. We're working towards that.

We're also going to set out a clear code of conduct for our events (we'll probably use this one: http://confcodeofconduct.com/) and we're going to give out some free/discounted tickets to groups that are under-represented.
